Guest relations and breakfast manager were fabulous ( forgot their names), as well the receptionist was pleasant. The hotel was very clean, and for breakfast, there were plenty of options.
Very good location, very close to the bazaar and SultanAhmet…view of the Blue Mosque. Walking distance to everything. Staff are very helpful. Restaurant up the rooftop is good.
The staff members who are working on Byzantium are really nice lovely and caring. And the chef is also nice as we are No OG ( Onion & Garlic ) person & vegetarian so he's always mentioned which food we can eat in early morning breakfast and which we cannot. And all historic locations are quite walking distance from this place so you don't need to worry about it.

Location was excellent! Right in the middle of the hustle and bustle, perfect for tourists. The front desk and staff were very helpful with all of our questions. Hotel was clean and I would recommend staying here if you are looking for a place central to Blue Mosque.
The staff is fantastic, the reception, the guest relations, the restaurant staff, the cleaning. Everyone is above and beyond. I highly recommend the hotel thanks to it s staff!
Super clean room and facilities, delicious breakfasts, beautiful design. The most important thing that I liked it is the people who work there! Especially I wanted to thank Sena who greeted us at the very beginning and was answering all the questions prior to our visit. Erhan, the manager of the cafeteria who was approaching individually each guest making sure we all eat good and answered all our questions, giving suggestions for places to visit. And Warishah - the lady who offered her help at every opportunity. Help of these people is unforgettable!!!!
Centrally located to everything. Walkability excellent. Hotel staff were all very friendly and most helpful. Erhan the ever smiling restaurant manger and lady assistant checked in with us every morning to see all was ok and ask if we needed anything. Breakfast had ample choices and was nice and fresh. Our room was spacious and cleaned / serviced everyday - would gladly return and stay again! NB- we also booked the Haman massage package offered and located within the hotel and thought this was great value.
The staff were super friendly and eager to help with anything that you need. Warishah was very hospitable.
I want to thank the staff of the hotel especially Erhan, Sinan and F.Manager Oktay Kaya. They made our staying at hotel amazing. Always sympathetic and ready to help with any problem. Location is very comfortable, room is perfectly clean and breakfasts are good.
